2020是中国量化投资大年：现状与未来前景如何？
王琛：过去几年量化投资在中国市场经历了比较长周期的起伏，在2019年之后，量化才开始进入一个新的阶段。我个人做量化投资大概有十二年的时间，在中国也做了八九年左右，经过这么长时间看待国内量化的发展，有一些自己的心得，当然对量化来说，做的时间久并不一定是好的标签，因为很多从海外回来的量化做的非常好的基金经理，他们的经验和技术都是非常新的，具有很强的竞争力。所以对我们自己也提出这样一个挑战，就是如何能够在不断进化的量化市场，去提升量化策略的盈利能力。
智囊团：大资管时代下，当规模增长到一定程度后，量化投资在中国市场会有怎样的机遇和挑战？
王琛：2019年之后量化投资在中国市场才开始进入新的阶段。这里面也会有新的问题：
